I was asked about recovery from self harm, here's just a quick response, if you need any information or guidance.. I'm always here :)

Well, the last cut was a probably under two months ago and the last burn was 25 days ago... I still have a lot to go before I will consider myself recovered, but any length of time without self harm deserves to be rewarded, even if it's some simple self talk.
The first thing you have todo, as silly as this sounds,is throw away all your blades and secret cutting/burning implements, this my mean sacrificing owning particular appliances for a little while... Get yourself into counseling,  mindfulness and DBT therapy, so what works for you, because it is difficult for you to do this on your own... and besides, you shouldn't have to fight battles on your own anyways... One of the things I personally can't do, is avoid contact with people who are triggering or refusing to be in recovery. It will help immensely to have them out of your life, but that's not always realistic... Keep a journal. Write down your moods, what surrounded your self harm issues and why you did the cut or such... Use these entries as a reference to actually work out what is triggering.
Most importantly, reward yourself! This is an important step of your life, and to get past it. You deserve so much more than you let yourself have!!

Well done and well said! I am glad I popped back in to check things and saw your posting. The journey is not easy, but your goal is worth it. You have the power within you to achieve what you want, keep going.
